Join the ISSO for a trip to New York City, the United States' most populous city and a vibrant epicenter of commerce, finance, culture, fashion and entertainment!
Cornell international students and staff, and their family and guests are welcome!
Date: Saturday-Monday, October 9-11, 2010
Cost: $200 per person ($235 with optional tour, see below)
There are no discounts for children. Please contact the ISSO if you wish to bring a child under the age of 5.
Price includes: transportation to New York City, 2 nights lodging*, scheduled group activities, and a guidebook of New York City. Participants are responsible for meals, transportation in and around the city, and individual activities.

Once you have reserved your space on line, you will then be required to come to the ISSO at B-50 Caldwell Hall to complete your trip registration, sign a waiver and make payment. Please do not come in to make a payment until after 2:30 pm on Tuesday, September 14th.
You MUST complete your trip registration and make your payment NO LATER THAN 2:30 pm on Thursday, September 16th or you will lose your spot on the trip. For payment, we can only accept exact change or checks made out to Cornell University.
Cancellation policy: There will be a $15 fee if you cancel anytime between the time you sign up and Friday, October 1. If you cancel anytime after October 1, or do not show up for the bus on the day of the trip, your money will not be refunded.
*Accommodations provided by Vanderbilt YMCA. Rooms are very basic, but they are clean, safe, and centrally located! Bed linens and towels are provided. Trip participants will stay in rooms of two. You will be able to indicate a roommate preference when you come to the ISSO to pay for your spot.
